CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
i agree with you, its almost as if Copper Fox is turning into a big mining investment firm vs an actual mining discovery junior.
==================
I guess it depends on your take on things? Maybe you can understand it from my perspective with this explaination...
It has been posted many times that there is great value in our 25% of SC. I'm pretty sure you fit into this category, and on that I agree also.
Do you believe our 25% share is going to eventually be worth, just for the sake of argument - say a billion dollars (or insert your expectations instead)?
If you do believe in SC in a big way, are we closer to big mining or a penny stock discovery junior diving in with nothing to lose? I see discovery juniors as make it or go broke entities, and they raise cash and spend looking for a homerun.
If you believe SC's value to be high, should we be conservative and carefully protect it from dilution by not spreading ourselves too thin?
If there really isn't much value in SC, I could understand rolling the dice and looking elsewhere - less to risk and behaving like a junior explorer makes more sense.
In my opinion, we have done the exploring, and found a worthy project in SC with a quality partner. I think we should be transitioning to a company with a very valuable asset - protecting the golden goose so to speak at all costs.
Do you see what I'm getting at?
