the updated 43-101 would have to be signed by Elmer after taking the optimization and getting Moose Mountain to work their magic. No reason Teck would ever complete that on their own and release it. Yes complete the optimization, and would have to share with Elmer but it wouldn't see the light of day unless a QP was completing it. So yes on our dime but well worth it. I can see Teck not wanting it out there, unless they know EE will never accept anything less than the full value shown and need to get the SP up to where they won't be crucfied by their shareholders.
