They are carrying out optimization work at Relincho but mention no word of of filing an SEIA. If permitting issues exist at QB in Chile then they would be expected to be a problem for Relincho as well. I did find an interesting note in the most recent annual information form about exploration spending in 2015( such as the drilling program at SC) :

Exploration is focused on areas in proximity to our existing operations or development projects in regions that we consider have high potential for discovery.
