This is not the news I wanted to see. However, it is curious that Secutor Capital Management was hired to sell the offering. Previously when raising capital, CUU just sold shares directly to EE - no agent/broker was hired.

It would be good to know who is participating in the offering: EE? Teck? Other insiders? Former insiders? Someone negotiating a potentail deal for VD, SC?

Just speculation......
