Yes well found BB, and imo good comments remedy...

"hopefully have a better and more profitable design/plan".

I'd venture bigger also, since the EA submitted before was likely for a smaller Mine footprint, lower Tailings storage & lower GHG emissions. Better for Tck to withdraw @ reapply on new planned throughput than let the Govt. close the file.
