Great analysis Golf. I think that makes a lot of sense. The other possibility is that they will be shelving this with a slow pace analysis / improvement for a few years.

I guess if this was the case however there would'nt be discussing this for over a month like it seems to be happening now.

Beside a possible mention on Teck's call this week, I can't wait to smell whats cooking for 2016
