Covid19 could have delayed things for Coppe Fox in many ways.

1) Teck was trying to survive this crisis and trying to get all employees safe and setup to work from home.  This does not happen in 2 days.  First you try to keep your existing business afloat and after when things get back to "normal", executives might have time for "projects" again.

2) The border is shutdown for non-essential travel and most states were in quanrantine for several months.  Not sure why anyone would rush to go turn some rocks around in Arizona and that's if anyone can make it there.
