I never thought of it that way but you could be right. I always thought that if they were "turning rocks" in Arizona they hired a company or people in Arizona to do it and not ship a workforce back and forth from Canada. I doubt that would even be allowed (green card required?) With all the mining going on in Arizona you would think there are the companies and a workforce there to do it without all the added expense of trying to send Canadians down there.
