I always stated, the best outcome for copper fox is to work with Teck to each sell 25% to a third party major.

Create a new JV agreement with 50-50 ownership. Teck has done this arrangement in past transactions. This approach gets us maximum payout.

The new development partner would pay 2 billion for 50% interest!

1 billion to copper fox (25%)

1 billion to Teck (25%)

Newmont would be a prime candidate.
