From what I understand, for the last PP warrants only, if we close one day below 0.15$, we might need to reset the clock and start over again.  I think the SP needs to close above or at the 0.15$ level for at least 20 days.

Got more feedback from the office and it's my understanding that for the last PP, the warrants will be triggered when the last 20 days weighted average is at or above 0.15$.  Based on my calculation, we should be getting very close to 0.15$ and these warrants could be triggered anytime now.  Not sure if the other PP's used this type of weighted average, but at least the last one did.  The SP does not need to close above 0.15$ for 20 days.
