That doesn't make sense at all. They don't need to trigger anything to get those warrant shares. They can exercise them anytime. 

There's no logic in pushing up the price to get the warrants to sell for small profit. You still need another buyer for those million shares.  Sadly we haven't had that kind of buyer for years.  We're all waiting for that one buyer at the moment.
