Its my view that we will continue to see nothing different from Teck until some sort of deal is reached. I know we are all dancing here as CUU shareholders over the rise of copper prices, etc. but Teck will continue to hold their cards close to the vest until the deal, in whatever form it takes, is done.
We've seen at QB2 and other places how they operate. Hell, I'd do the same if I was them. I wouldn't announce to the world or tip my hand in any way what I was up to until I was ready to do so. Then, I can announce to my shareholders how good a deal it is, how big the project is, etc. The "sell" we will hear from Teck on Schaft Creek will be targeted more to its own shareholders after the deal is done, not before.
