koala, Copper Fox owns 100% of Van Dyke.  So if VD is worth a billion dollars then, well, since we own 100% the whole project we should expect the CUU share price to approximately reflect that 100% unshared ownership...  $1 billion value divided by 500-600 million CUU shares = $1.66 - $2.00 per share.
