Not even close. Under the well-touted Salazar Agreement Teck was required to spend 4 times our $85,000,000 invested in order to EARN the 75%. $340 Million of skin in the game changes what kind of games you play....
Copper Fox would retain operatorship until Teck spent 40% of the required development cost. That means Copper Fox would have controlled the spending of the first $136,000,000 on Schaft Creek, you know, towards REAL venturing and REAL value surfacing.
Teck hasn't spent even a minuscule fraction of that in their decade's-long efforts to obfuscate Schaft Creek's REAL value.
My apologies for yelling the word 'REAL'. Its just my effort to highlight that it is a series of lies vs truth about our true value that blocks justice for Copper Fox shareholders.
Release the REAL numbers FFS!!
