Not sure how closely you've been following the forum, Iceman, but if you check my post history you'll see that I've been skewering Elmer relentlessly for the past year or two. 

I'm completely out of patience. Even if CUU hasn't been successful in selling Schaft Creek, do something. Do ANYTHING that would result in some return for shareholders. 

It's been a dry gulch in that respect. A complete and utter failure.
