see the last sentence. are there any doubts about QB's future?

"Teck Resources has withdrawn an environmental permit application for the Quebrada Blanca Mill Expansion project to seek feedback and improve it, delaying the regulatory process by 12 months. The company will assess the existing QB asset before making a decision."
