CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Projects are bought by majors for potential too, future value & assumptions, etc.
I have seen it many times in project buyouts/deals. EE should be on top of this!
And I am speaking of value today should be about 4-5 billion. You won't convince me otherwise. Tell your Teck boss to pay up or move along! We must remain strong and united for a fair exit price! Teck shouldn't bully us into a low offer.
Our government didn't put that power line there for nothing....green energy for SC! These values aren't even included in any study I believe. The true Npv after all these enhancements is many billions....revised construction timeline, meta study, geotech, green energy, bettter & larger mine plan, higher tonnage & grade resources will showcase the real economics in due time!
