I think it depends on what EE wants to do.

If he is tired of Teck and how they have drawn things out, he could take a fair deal on what SC is worth now and then control his own fate with $6 copper in the pipeline of 100% owned projects. The SC sale will fund the development of the next property to be monetized, and so on.

Cut the cord with Teck now with a reasonable price. Be seen with respect by other industry players who may become partners or customers of the pipeline projects where 100% returns will be realized on our own dime...and pace.

If further business with Teck is in the cards at EH, learn from past mistakes and put appropriate milestones in place to ensure we maintain more control.
