The copper, gold, moly price do have a significant impact on the selling price, but need to be sustained for a certain period before it affects the selling price.

Currently, the LT prices are supported by 3 years of higher metal prices, which increased the value (100% of SC) from $800M US to over $2B US (without considering any other changes to the PEA good or bad).

IMO.
