Elmer has over 6 million shares and is 72 he will do very well and without the daily headachs of running CF, after 15 years he wants to cash out but at fair value and the Meta results will get us in that territory... He has put alot of that money back into Copper Fox,for his eventual benefit and the Co's.

I previously compared Elmer to an inept coach of a sports team. Let's switch that up and consider him to be your neighbour, a backyard mechanic. He has sunk a lot of his own money into an old broken-down sports car that he works on. As his neighbour, you've been watching him turn wrenches on that car for 15 years and you've thrown some of your own money at him to assist in the project. The both of you can clearly see the potential in the vehicle. It would be worth a mint if it was fixed up properly.

But Elmer simply cannot figure out how to get the car to run, so the shell just sits there and it doesn't improve in value despite the passage of so many years and all that capital invested.

At some point, you have to say it's time to find a more capable mechanic.

Yes, the terms of the arrangement with Teck have proven detrimental to CUU to date, but our BoD signed off on that deal.

But beyond that, Schaft Creek is NOT the only old sports car in the picture. Our backyard mechanic has four other cars that he's been tinkering with (Van Dyke, Sombrero Butte, Mineral Mountain and Eaglehead). He hasn't been able to get a single one of those old hotrods to turn over. And there's a big market out there for those cars! We were sold on Elmer as a guy with a history of converting deposits into mines, but that sure isn't what we've witnessed.

72 is later than most people retire. Time for Elmer to do himself and all of us a favour and let a red-seal mechanic run the show.
