Elmer and Ernesto want fair value for SC. Elmer indicated he expects the results of the met-data will upgrade SC in such a way the value of SC will enter the desired fair value territory and that's what Ernesto and Elmer are waiting for. After receiving met-data, I no longer expect a ROFO, but a proposal from Teck wich CF will check on the basis of the received met data. But Teck is leading and determines when they release the met data. Until then, the BOD will wait for what is to come. An earlier news release indicated Teck expects to release the met data in Q3. That's where we are now. So it could possibly happen SOON
