We talked about the political seen in vz. The one important thing i got out of the conversation is that all the gov. agencies have agreed that KRY is in compliance with the all aspects of the project. Also both pro and con Chavez people are in favor the project.

It seems Kry is moving up on the agenda (which is extremely important) and attention in Bolivia has heightened.
