Good point, in talking with him over time i got the impression that there wasn't enough attention being given to the  (Bolivar) area. Now that  it is happening, and the area is moving up on all gov. agencies agendas.

I think she will be under a huge amount of pressure to sign if this all comes to light. She may have her personal beliefs but that does not fit the agenda of the country. The people of vz need jobs and capital to finance the social programs.
