Midas, if history repeats itself, the Ven Govnt doesn't seem to work a whole lot in the month of Dec. That's when their siesta time peaks out, so I'm hoping for decisions to be made by the end of this month, or who knows when. I seem to recall waiting for a key decision on the LC Project in Dec one year, and it never happened until late Jan. I'm hoping our "Special Mtg" or the "Regional Election" will bring us the positive news we are all wanting.
