It reminds me of a situation that happened recently at Noront's Board. (SEE NOT).

But the question is, have Tradewind people or for that matter any large institutional holder, put any slate of names as replacements? I haven't receievd any communique to that extent so far, nor there seems to be any movement in that direction. My guess is all retail or instituitonal shareholders are in a wait-and-see mode, realizing they can accomplish as much, if not less, as the present BOD can.
