I think any deadline is fruitless. I would imagine Kry will continue to keep all legal options open by filing whatever needs to be filed. The only real way to play this is to continue the dialog untill Kry feels that they have hit the end of discussions.

Setting a deadline seldom works in any kind of negotiations as both parties know that if either side budges the deadline is always extended.
