no bear, the one thing i hav'nt been able to find is "who got paid, how much, and did they ever collect?...."

i would expect a decision on vannessa any time now...it's been four years and the hearings are concluded...

our best hope (outside of a permit) is a settlement....gauranteed kry has a $# in mind.....

the scary part about kry's case is that hugo has'nt actually nationalized anything or broken the contract yet that i can see....the good part is that neither kry or ven can afford to drag this out another 4 years.....
