rayzz, you're right, i did'nt go to law school .....and i'd be the last one to say ven did'nt do anything wrong (i think they've f'd us over on a biblical level).....but i'm not sure exactly what they've breached with regard to the MOA.....

the point of contention is that they hav'nt issued the environmental permit (according to the MOA kry is responsible for securing all environmental permits, CVG is suppose to help).

the good news is i dont think we'll have to find out in court who's right/wrong on this issue.....the truth is that hugo cant wait years for LC to open anymore (they're firing rubber bullets and tear gas at miners now)...he will have to open it up to somebody soon (like sanz said 09') and once he does that, if that somebody is'nt kry, then there's one very good case....imo
