If Rusoro gets GRZ it obviously means the institutional investors tendered their shares which means they will do the same when RML comes after us.

If after GRZ is in the fold, RML's share price remains in the USD.60 to .70 range their offer could be 1/1 plus GRZ's 100M kitty making their opening bid, USD1.00.
