Oiramoric, the biggest problem we and the markets face with Kry and VZ in general is a clear sense of direction. While our world revolves around LC and the permit I don't think VZ has the same urgency. We have heard many times from RM that it is a matter of focus by the VZ government. We are focused every day but they simply are not.

Manana is a way of life in Latin America and I don't think Kry management knows when VZ will get around to issuing the permit.
