"No_Bear.. I've already asked that question and was told that it was company's decision to include this letter with the Quaterly release… They felt that since they are in compliance with the MOC and had confirm that on few occuassion… a confirmation from CVG was not meterial news…"

I guess that the stock volume and price since the release confirm that it wasn't material. I agree that it was positive news and may have an impact on the bondholder suit/negotiations.
