dparge, not sure i understand what you're looking for? i think we pretty much have everything we need from mibam. the contract is with the CVG and thats what they're saying we're compliant with...

what we need is a letter from minamb...a letter that says "sorry, lost your papers but we found them...here it is"

is that what you meant?
