Is that the equivalent of insider trading? Is it legal for them to know the terms of the buyout deal and get cheap options approved while the shareholders are in the dark. Don't know. Just asking. In any event...approval of options or not...we need protection in the form of knowing where we stand as shareholders if arbitration comes to pass. That only seems fair.
