850 million? And, based on the pog today, how much is KRY worth? 850 is not a lot of money unless it's a cash and shares deal. I would rather have an all stock deal. That would dilute GG but there's more upside and we can't control the cash once it's in the the companies hands. With that said, if we don't get the permit and we do get an offer, the offer would have to be a JV to allow KRY to continue so as not to f$%k up the MOC and provide the cash to build the mine, if we ever get the f$%kin permit.
