I'm sure they would like to have this over with but just dont have the money to settle, no equipment to start producing wealth from this mine and a looming ecological disaster if they continue on with what they are doing now. No money to make us a decent offer, just like no money for the broke miners or no money for staffing a hospital etc. The tired citizens are protesting on top of it even the faces of the riot police show their distase for being ordered to beat on their friends and neighbors, check the pictures, that is what I read in their faces......Total mismanagement of the country top to bottom by rediculus idiots, that is what we got.
