Im not sure why we should give a rats ass about the Vens distain for the arbitration process. They dont like it because they lose every case! I believe thay are taking us as fools and are laughing at us behind closed doors.I have not seen anything from Venezuela or heard anything from management that leads me to believe we are any closer to a resolution than we were months ago.If they truly believed in an amicable agreement they have had plenty of time to come up with something. We should be publically stating a date for filing for arbitration and if something "amicable" comes up then we dont file on that date, simple.I may have just had bad luck over the years with managements with other companies that have run into problems, but they usually look after themselves before worrying about the retail investors.Could this be the reason we havent filed yet? They might not want to be tied up for years waiting for an arbitration settlement that must be distributed to stockholders not just into the coffers of company management. This of coarse is just my opinion. If Fung would gives us somthing to hold onto as a positive sign that we were headed in the right direction i would change my mind. With all this silence it just leads me to thinking that it might not only be the Vens that are taking us as fools.
