I'm getting frustrated to, how do we rock the boat and get someone to speak up. I've been in this for years and at this stage I don't care if I have to wait years more for arbitration. We have gone nowhere anyways, so what's the difference, lets start the process and be done with it. Fcuk this sh*t already
