Ian, IMO one shareholder Dan Russo aka Nikko aka lead plaintiff is one big reason for the silence. With a Class Action lawsuit hanging over the company no matter what they have to say has to be concise and with nurtured sincerity thus the material information once there is a final outcome. Anything otherwise would only feed the monster thus created by Dan Russo, did he in a way create his own nightmare thus shared now by all shareholders?
