Litigation
The Company is defending against several legal actions. The Company believes that
these actions are without merit and intends to defend vigorously against these actions.
The Company cannot provide assurances as to the outcome of the actions, nor can the
range of losses, if any, be estimated. Accordingly, no losses have been accrued. A
negative outcome from any of these actions, or possible future actions, could result in a
material loss to the Company.
