First parceled off as mining concessions in 1963. Since then as now everyone thought their "ship" was just over the horizon. All have been disappointed. The rewards can be fantastic and I'm sure that's why we all bought in. Sure it's tough going. Second guessing and finger pointing are fruitless efforts. If someone is looking for a person to blame for their misery they might try looking in the mirror or seek out the person that twisted their arm and forced them to buy.
