Jingles, well said. History is littered with the blood of those who did not want to confront or make waves, along with those who wanted to appease. I fear that is what KRY is doing now with Chavez. They don't want to get tough because it might damage negotiations. I admit I thought it would be different with KRY because they have an MOC not a concession. I bought in that this was more acceptable.
I think we can see that Chavez has no intention of working with us. But I think we lost our chance to file arbitration so now we must support mgt if we plan to stay in the game. We don't have another course left to us now.
Being upset that we missed our chance to file for arbitration will not help us now, it's too late. We need to focus on what KRY is doing to save money and increase value.
My 1st question: Why does KRY need 2 people in IR (Richard/Andrea) when the company is all but defunct? Why do we still pay engineers and specialists in gold mines when we are well past the point of KRY mining LC?
These seem obvious cost savings to me.
