There is no one who knows more of the goings on between VZ and Crystallex than RF.......period.

There will be so many sublties and delicacies in dealing with Chavez and his government. I can't imagine that RF has not completely gone over the pros and cons, the financing and bancruptcy issues the same as all of us. He is either away off base, and not as smart as many here, or he has reason to believe/know that Crystallex is better off doing what is transpiring, than having filed for ARB a long time ago.
