I always found it humorous when shareholders would say we should or should've applied for arbitration way back when, without knowing the status of Fung's discussions or any of the inner workings of the companies situation with interested parties.

EZ...I think all of us still long in this stock agree with you. We are putting our full faith in Fung to deliver the optimal result given his inside knowledge of the situation. If, as a result of his failure to promptly file, results ultimately in a worse result than if he filed promptly last June....I for one will be very, very, very pissed.
