Well said Oira and I am sure those thoughts are in a lot of investors heads including mine.

Lots of us here have been invested in this for many years and have seen the ups and downs of the company and particularly the DOWN of the shareprice. Nothing more depressing than watching the company filed against with lawsuits and the noteholder claim. Nothing more depressing than seeing the denial come from VZ. Nothing more depressing than seeing the company running out of money.

After all of that, why does a potential stratigic investor come along? Has me perplexed. They see something we can't. Maybe they know VZ well and their plans for mining? All questions yet to be answered. The twists just keep coming in this long drawn out saga.
