Who is this potential strategic investor?

Here we have two state Presidents: Russia now and China later all in the same month.

In terms of ability and the research, equipment, readiness, etc. it makes sense for Kry, together with the strategic investor to do the mining even if we are in a financial bind. Any alternative new excercise to mine would delay the operation many months instead of now. With these two leaders meeting chavez only 3 weeks apart tells me something will happen soon. Chavez needs money and is now saying he will offer for sale bonds backed by gold. Las Cristinas gold maybe.

My conclusion and hope that makes any sense to me is that the strategic investor is China itself. That together with Vz and us in partnership is perfect. The permit is the asset, so no need to dilute our stock or anything like that and start all over again.

If this happens then the challenge by the noteholders is moot.
