I just thought that I'd mention something before Cividale is classified as a basher. By my own personal knowledge, I can attest that he has meet privately with RF and has publically addressed concerns directly to RF, (as I have).

There's good and bad with RF. He's very well connected in the financial markets. At Gordon Capital he was partners with the son of one of the most wealthy and influencial money people in Hong Kong. He also was very well connected politically in Canada under the prior government.

On the flip side, he has repeatedly stated that he doesn't care about the share price, has often shown discomfort bordering on distain for the small investors, doesn't believe in personal investment in the company, and he has seemingly done very well for himself in many of the financings.

I believe that RF still is the best hope to pull this out, but I have no illusions that he cares about making the best deal for all the shareholders. Hopefully, a rising tide raises all boats.
