Cividale, I don't have a problem with you bashing Fung but wish you would show us an alternative. Saying Fung has failed so far is true. Saying he or his companies he;s associated with have made money is also true.

You mention in the near future and imminent as statements being made by Kry based on what they have been told. Whether they came directly from Chavez or a third stringer doesn't really matter since even Chavez has been all over the map with his statements.

It is hard to imagine you or anyone else asking KRY or Fung himself about the permit and getting told we can't answer your question because we don't trust anyone in VZ to tell the truth. Faulting RF or Kry because they have lied makes no sense to me.

Can you tell me one person who could have been our CEO and gotten the permit by now or will guarantee the permit upon being named CEO? I would be happy to vote all my shares to get them on the board if you can.

Please tell me what terrible financing deals Fung has done to serve himself. As we sit here at .47 I would have to guess all those financing deals at $2-$4 have made the buyers happy?
