For the record, I did not buy any more shares based on the news. I never chase no matter how tempting it is. I increased my KRY holdings many times over in the $0.20 range after it put in an apparent bottom in December 2008. Once again TA ruled.

I really hope things will be different this time.

But I have been in this game for a long time and I no longer believe anything I read from mgmt or the street. (or any other place unless it has a demonstrated history of accuracy) The abuses where KRY is concerned are well known by all who have followed it for any length of time. I just want people to be careful.

I believe that if you don't approach the market with maximum skepticism then you will get raped.

I am sorry if my posts bother some people but I will continue to use TA and post about it and I will continue to be skeptical about our future and post about that until we have a legally binding final agreement and our situation in VZ becomes much clearer.

I have seen too many fake outs with this puppy.
