Jimmi/No_Bear,
I'm a little late catching up here, but I have been following what has been released and said, to a certain extent. I believe you and no_bear are right on.
But that thinking is beginning to cause me to see something that may have been lost in the finite details that seem to have been digested thoroughly on the board.
That is, that we have gone from being a mining company with a contract to mine a vary large mine (in the form of the MOC) with all of its related development/operating costs, delays, pit-falls and liabilities to a company with cash flow and a revenue stream guaranteed by a substantial partner with construction/mining background.
That means someone does all of the, up-front investing and work and we reap the rewards when it's time to reap the rewards. No mus, no fuse. If all goes as explained, we are almost in the same boat as a royalty company, if you look at this way. That means... clean, unobstructed and unencumbered cash flow, when there is cash flow with the luxury of maintaing a low overhead profile.
I think that makes us a very interesting takeover target for a larger mining company looking for more gold revenues and possibly a large partner to play with.
That potential makes our worth as a company more closely tied to the price of the gold in our up-comming contract than has been discussed here. Unless I have missed something... which is highly possible since I am playing catch-up.
Just an opinion. That's all.
Wookie
