Hoping only Redrock, that the deal goes away, I am assuming you are happy with the deal, are you hopping around celebrating with confetti about this deal, is this as good as it gets, would you have been just as happy if you had a buyout offer for say $0.20 a share, is this JV a lot better than the lowball offers RML are use to coming up with, has the deal improved the valuation of your shares, you may be happy with it and good for you, I'm not, pull the wool over my eyes and start pumping, would that make you happy Redrock, dodge BK at what price, are you still misguided in your thought that opinion on these board will move this share price, do you think I have an agenda, I call it like I see it, spend many years on these boards along with you, if you don't know me by now you never will, you are entitle to your opinion, right or wrong, good luck with you investments, this deal is not signed and sealed yet, approval required, their may still be hope for a better outcome but that just my opinion
